Faculty - Prof. Dennis Harness

Dennis Harness obtained his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology in 1988 from the California Institute of Integral Studies, San Francisco and has a Master Degree in Psychology / Behavioral, Medicine from the University of the Pacific, Stockton, California (1983).

Dr. Harness has a long and varied experience in teaching. He worked with the University of the Pacific, Stockton, CA as assistant Teacher (1981-83). From 1983-1994 he worked as assistant Professor of Diagnostic Sciences, Facial Pain Research Center, University of the Pacific, School of Dentistry, S. F. CA. From 2002 till the present he has been a Faculty of Eastern and Western Traditions of Astrology for BA & MA Programs at Kepler College, Seattle, WA.

He has held classes and workshops on Vedic Astrology and Transpersonal Psychology in the United States, Canada, Europe and Australia and also at International Conferences (UAC, FAA). Dr. Harness is a professional and practicing astrologer. He is associated with a number of international institutions of Astrology. His achievements include: Professional Certifications in Astro CartoGraphy-Cerfificate of Proficiency in 1993 and ACVA certification in Vedic Astrology. He is a Certified Astrological Professional, ISAR 2000. He is a recipient of several awards.
