Actively involved in several inter-faith and multicultural activities and initiatives in Connecticut. A past President of Connecticut Sikh Association, he has been working for several years on sharing information about the Sikh faith, culture and values in the contemporary setting with the larger American community through promoting and participation in conversations, discussion groups, seminars, events, media appearances and writing etc
His recent book “Exploring Sikh Spirituality & the Paradox of their Stereotyping in Contemporary American Setting” published [2003] by Sanbun, New Delhi has gone into reprint. Formerly Principal, COO, CF & AO, Executive Vice President of a Healthcare Services Provider in Connecticut where he successfully planned and led strategic and operational changes to accomplish turn-around from a loss making operation into a highly profitable and nationally accredited group of companies. He has been Management Educator, Consultant with expertise in strategic management and synergy integration for renewal, optimization and growth. Was Consultant/Advisor to UN and several multilateral organizations and Fortune 500 Companies; Professor, Chair Operations Management, Dean [Consultancy] Administrative Staff College of India. Visiting Professor Institute of Economics, Zagreb Croatia.
