Faculty - Prof. Satya Narayana Dasa
Dr. Satya
Narayana Dasa, B.Tech, M.Tech, IIT Delhi, and PhD Sanskrit, is the founder
of the Jiva Institute of Vedic Studies. He has studied the six systems of
Indian philosophy from traditional teachers, and is fully engaged in teaching,
translating and interpreting Vedic scriptures, especially those belonging
to Vaishnava philosophy.
He has published several research papers and ten
books. He has also received the Outstanding Contribution Award for National
Development given by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi Alumni
Association for 2001-2002 and the Hakim Ajmal Khan Global Award for Organizational
and Social Vedic Services in 2006.
